Substitute Teachers are MVPs in Avon Schools. You will experience:
Competitive Wages
The Avon Board of School Trustees recently voted unanimously to increase Substitute Teacher Pay. You can earn $100 per day or $50 per half day. Licensed teachers can earn up to $110 per full day or $55 per half day.
Potential Monthly Bonuses
If you complete 12 or more full-day assignments (or equivalent) during the course of a calendar month, you will receive an additional $10 per day compensation for those completed assignments.
Flexible Schedules
You can work as few as 4 days a month or as many as 4 days a week. You can accept assignments in advance or accept them last-minute, whatever you prefer.
