Several resources are available to help every Avon family ensure there is plenty of nutritious food on-hand to help make this the best summer ever.
Did you know that the Mary Lee Maier Community Pantry remains open throughout the summer? The pantry is open every Thursday (except July 6), from 5:00-6:00 pm.
Each year, on the final few days of school, Avon High School seniors gown up and parade around the elementary schools they attended.
The Board, Superintendent Dr. Scott Wyndham, school and district administrators, and friends and family gathered to celebrate 19 men and women who are retiring from Avon Schools this year.

It's time to register for Avon All-Sports Camp. This camp gives girls and boys currently in grades 2-7 an opportunity to learn and compete to the best of their ability in baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, soccer, and wrestling.
Avon Education Foundation is excited to invite students entering grades 1-8 to attend Broadway Kids Camp during the week of June 12-16.
The American Legion honored two Maple Elementary School students for their achievements in Flag Education. They were honored at the February 13 American Legion meeting at Avon Post 145.
