A Note from the Principal

Welcome to the Maple Elementary. My name is Nikki Harrison and I’m the proud school Principal. 

The Maple staff is committed to serving their community.  Our teachers do an amazing job of preparing students for success in school. Students in grades one through four experience student centered learning. They are both excited and challenged by our rigorous curriculum.

Maple offers an outstanding academic program, diverse learning community, and exceptionally dedicated staff. Our school community believes strongly in school-family collaboration. Parents are encouraged to take an active role in their child’s learning. We have a strong PTO that hosts several family events each year!  In addition to these fun events, they also work tirelessly to support the staff by volunteering and grant funding.

The Avon Community School Corporation is one of the best in Indiana. Maple is proud to meet the high expectations and to take part in the many learning opportunities offered to ensure your children have the best elementary experience possible. I  look forward to another great school year!
